License fees for Kentucky residents:
Fishing - $23
Combination Hunting and Fishing - $42
Sportsman's (Hunting plus Fishing, Trout, Deer, Turkey, Dove/Waterfowl - $95

Strength training for archery season
Any activity that requires strength and stamina should be taken seriously when considering a work-out regimen. Shooting a bow requires strength in your shoulders, lats( flat muscle in the back), back, core, and glutes. 

There are five great strength building exercises to keep your body and mind on the target. The exercises are:

The single arm dumbbell roll
Dumbbell side raise
Romanian deadlift
Rowing Machine
Forearm plank
