A stem of mint for muddling and garnish
1/2 ounce of simple sugar or simply a splash of water
Crushed ice filled to the rim
A shot and a half of bourbon - Woodford Reserve
Muddle 3 - 4 sprigs of spearmint or preferred mint
Add crushed ice
Splash water or simple sugar
Garnish with mint
