Mermaid Water Rum Punch available at the Thirsty Turtle in Grand Rivers, KY

The Turtle has live entertainment every weekend featuring new bands from across the region. For the fun of it, there are outdoor games such as corn hole and giant checkers and seating indoors or outdoors.

Try the Mermaid Water Rum Punch

• 4 oz Spiced Rum
• 4 oz. Coconut Rum
• 12 oz Pineapple Juice
• 2 oz fresh-squeezed Lime Juice
• Splash of Blue Curacao
• Frozen pineapple chunks

 

1. Mix rum, pineapple juice, and lime juice together in a large pitcher.
2. Add a few chunks of frozen pineapples to each glass.  Fill each glass 3/4 of the way with the rum mixture.  Top off with a splash of blue curacao to give each drink a pretty blue color.
3. Garnish with fun straws, drink umbrellas, pineapple wedges, and cherries.
