This week, the Marshall County Resiliency Center located at 1012 Main Street, Suite C in Benton, Kentucky is having a grand opening. Postponed in March due to COVID-19, the center is inviting all community members to visit any day this week from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. for a tour of the facility and a chat with the staff.
The Resiliency Center is a place for free mental health services, activities, outreach and education. The center was developed as a program for the Merryman House Domestic Crisis Center which is committed to saving, building, and changing lives of those affected by domestic violence. The program was funded through the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet to serve the Marshall County community. All services at both the Resiliency Center and the Merryman House are free. Marshall Strong!
